With a staff of over 75 persons in our Indian offices, the Group has excellent experience in handling large project recruiting assignments. The Group would be assigning a special administrative team backed by a separate Senior Engineer (for Project recruitment) or Senior Doctor (for medical recruitment) or Service Industry Expert (for other recruitment) or IT Industry expert (for IT recruitment) to process each client's requirements.

The Group has permanent in-house Specialists and consultants for sourcing, shortlisting, screening and testing applicants. We also use independent consultants' support for interviewing specialised senior level positions.

The Group has excellent relations with Consulates, Airlines and Local Government authorities, which would ensure a quick completion of formalities and mobilisations.

The Group Administration, operations and co-ordination staff are trained and experienced in arranging multiple interview / testing / selection programmes simultaneously in several locations in India; liasioning with local Government Authorities for relevant clearances / permissions; arranging internal travel and hotel transfers and reservations; transport arrangements, and specific equipment and consumable arrangement for testing.
