the Advertisement Campaign.

Organise
Advertisement release through interaction with

Advertisement response and organising :-

Sorting,
Pre-screening Candidates / Evaluating CVs / arranging
written Tests (if required) and preparing shortlist
in the ratio 1:3.Despatch of shortlisted CVs to
the client

Receipt
of client approved candidate's list for final
Interview.

Organising
' Recruitment Campaign ' in close co-ordination
with the client and providing every assistance
to the client to ensure success of the Recruitment
campaign

Receive
client's selection list after the campaign and
make formal 'Job Offers ' on behalf of the clients

| l |
Arrange
processing of Visas and Deployment to work site
after the necessary pre-departure Orientation.
Normally within one (1) month from selection to
deployment
